The property is distributed on one floor and consists of a spacious open floor plan where the living room, dining room and kitchen are distributed, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 38 m2 terrace. The living room is made up of two triples and a smart TV where you can relax after a busy day. The dining room decorated with a long wooden table with space for six people and the fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, induction hob, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, glassware, cutlery and kitchenware. The most spectacular thing is that from any part of these three areas you have incredible views of the sea. The main bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes is en suite, with a walk-in shower and a spacious sink. The second bedroom has a double bed. The terrace extends along the entire south side of the property with a chill out sofa area and another sunbathing area with two sun loungers. The property has air conditioning, WIFI, bed linen, bath and beach towels and a parking space. In the urbanisation there are two swimming pools, one of them for children.
