The house has three floors that are made up of a living-dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, solarium, garden and garage. LOW LEVEL: The very spacious living room with great light is perfect for days of fun and relaxation with family and friends, in it you can find two divided rooms. In the first room is the living room with a very comfortable sofa, a fireplace for incredible evenings and a smart TV with the possibility of connecting Netflix or Amazon. In the second room there is a piano with the possibility of being played. Adjacent to the living room there is a glazed terrace with the possibility of being opened, this room has been used to put the dining room, with a wooden table with capacity for eight people and the TV room, with a two-seater sofa and a 75-inch smart TV. where you can connect your Netflix or Amazon. The open-plan kitchen has a classic-rustic decoration with a beautiful island where the cooktop is located for spectacular cooking shows. The kitchen has been equipped with the best appliances, double refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. And for day to day it has all kinds of kitchenware, cutlery, glassware and crockery. FIRST FLOOR: The master bedroom suite has a comfortable and formidable double bed for maximum relaxation, a direct terrace with sea views and a marble bathroom with a spacious hydromassage bathtub and double sink. The guest bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes. The second full bathroom is entirely covered in marble with sink and bathtub. SECOND FLOOR: On this floor you will find a magnificent solarium with sea views to enjoy the Costa del Sol Andalusian sun. EXTERIOR: Outside there is a terrace area with a mini jet pool and a private garden with hammocks for sunbathing. Throughout the house there is internet, hot/cold air conditioning, alarm and security cameras. We provide all our guests with bath towels and bed linen, and for a modest price we have beach towels, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The urbanization has a huge swimming pool with sea views and a small garden with parasols.
