AVAILIBLE FOR SHORT TERM FROM 13TH JULY-15 AUG Nearby you have 4 min walk to the Tropicana beach club. 1 minute walk to the supermarked and 3 restaurants. 2 min walk to the bus-stop. 20 min walk down to Fuengirola or 4 min drive. 20 min to the airport of Malaga. 15 min walk to a numerous of other restaurants, farmacy and more supermarkeds. The townhouse is of good quality. Two full size double bedrooms with sperate beds and one bedroom with bunk-beds. The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, micro and owen, ceramic hob and fridge. Filter on the drinking water. Filter Coffee mashine, toaster, water heater and a blender. Washmachine (Bosch) in the utilityroom and another fridge and freezer. Fiber internet is included in the price. Electricity is not included on long term rent. Water is icluded. The bathrooms are both with shower and has underfloor heating and is equiped with a hairdryer. The house has an iron, vacum cleaner , tv , dvd, and wii. Fiber optic internet. Aircon in the bedrooms. Linen and feather duves are in the house. There is also an electric owen there in case you need more heating during winter time in the livingroom. To enter the house you park just outside, a staircase take you down one floor to the main entrance. No lift. The townhouse/bungalow is in one level. Open plan kitchen, one terrace just outside the livingroom in level with the livingroom. 5 steps down you have another terraze with sofas and a bbq-grill. Two steps futher down you will have the sunbeds. Great outdoor space. The bungalow is eastfacing but because of the wide and deep terraces you have sun all day depended on where you sit. A lemon tree in the corner will get you fresh lemon as long as you water it once a week in the summer and once a month in the winter if there are no rain coming. LONG TERM RENT; ( 3 mnths minim- max 10 mnths) They will ask for a deposit at 900 euros. Then you start paying the rent upfront the day you move in. Long term is 900 euros pr mnth. + electric. And on the day you depart you can either clean the house yourself which include washing the linen and towels you have used or we can arrange for cleaning at aprox 70 euros + cleaning expences of the bed linen. SHORT TERM RENT : They will ask for a depoit of 300 euros.
